1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how FIT PropTech, a FIT Solutions company ("we", "us"), collects and uses information when you use DevTraq.ai (the "Service"). Contact: admin@fitprotech.ai.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account information: name, email address, company, job title, account type, and profile preferences.
• Deal and project data: property addresses, financial inputs, pro forma assumptions, unit mix, rent comps, GC bids, vendors, project tasks, and uploaded documents.
• Historical projects: data you import via CSV or manually about prior projects you've completed.
• Communications: messages exchanged with our support team or with TraqAI (our AI assistant).

Information from third-party data providers

When you analyze a site, we retrieve and store data from third-party sources keyed to the address you enter, including property records, zoning, demographics, flood-risk data, mapping, and rent estimates. This data is provided by those sources and is not collected from you.

Information collected automatically

• Authentication data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, and profile picture from Google.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, API calls, error logs, and session timestamps.
• Device and connection data: browser type, operating system, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Cookies and similar technologies: for session management, security, and basic analytics. See Section 8.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• To generate AI-powered site scores, pro forma calculations, and assistant responses
• To authenticate users and secure accounts
• To communicate with you about your account, the Service, and product updates
• To respond to support requests and feedback
• To improve the Service, detect abuse, and prevent fraud
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

• Service providers: we use Microsoft (Dataverse, Azure, Microsoft Graph for email), Anthropic and Azure OpenAI (for AI features), and Google (for authentication and mapping). These providers process data on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use.
• Third-party data sources: when you analyze a site, we send the address you provide to property, zoning, demographic, rent, and flood-data providers in order to retrieve information about that address.
• Legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not use your data to train any third-party AI model. Prompts sent to AI providers are processed under enterprise terms that exclude them from training.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information and Your Content for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain data for a reasonable period to allow recovery and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access controls, and secure infrastructure provided by Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dataverse. No security measure is perfect; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, authentication, security, and basic usage analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may break parts of the Service.

9. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice via email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
